Use of The Dutch American Chamber’s address for all your company stationary and literature (sales and promotional material, etc.). This package includes a maximum of 3 hours of secretarial services per month such as administrative tasks and forwarding mail/faxes according to your instructions. A unique telephone number is assigned exclusively to your company with a personalized answering service. In addition, an Account Executive will be assigned to handle your account.
2. P.O. Box only
Use of The Dutch American Chamber’s address for all your company’s stationary and literature (sales and promotional material, etc.). Mail is forwarded weekly or as requested.
3. Telephone Service only
A unique telephone number is assigned exclusively to your company with a personalized answering service.
Marketing & Mailings:
The Chamber can assist you with your marketing and business communication. Our services range from editing sales literature, creating sales letters and actual mailing of letters/ samples to potential customers. We can alter your existing literature to US specifications. We translate, format according to American sizes and distribute as you wish via mail, email, etc.
We can also assist you with your product instructions, user manuals etc. It is very important that you do not make any false claims in this sort of literature. If requested we can have it “proof read” by a business lawyer.
Trade Show / US Trip
